The PokerStars New Jersey soft launch kicked off Wednesday, March 17, 2016, and it was received well by the community with some very positive reactions. The world's leading online poker client wasn't the only thing PokerStars rolled out, as the site released the schedule for daily and Sunday tournaments.

One Day, Six Themes, 17 Tournaments
To start, there will be 17 daily tournaments, with each falling under one of six themes. The six themes for the daily tournaments are The Daily Bigs, The Hot Turbos, KO Fever, Nightly Stars, Change-Up, and Moonlight Express. Buy-ins will begin as low as $5, but stretch up to $100. Each tournament comes with a guaranteed prize pool, with the largest of the bunch being the $100 Nightly Stars event that is scheduled to take place at 7 p.m. ET each night.
The Daily Bigs take place four times a day, running from 4-7 p.m. ET with buy-ins of $5, $10, $20, and $50. They feature 10,000 starting chips, blind levels of 8-12 minutes, and both six- and nine-handed tables.
The Hot Turbos will also run four times a day, taking place at from 8 p.m. to midnight ET with buy-ins of $5, $10, $30, and $50. These tournaments will also feature starting stacks of 10,000, but the blind levels will be sped up to five minutes. Six- or nine-handed tables will be the format.
KO Fever tournaments are exactly what the title of the theme lets on, knockout tournaments. These events place a cash bounty on all players in the field, meaning every elimination you score will get you a prize. Players will begin with 10,000 in starting chips, and blind levels will be 5-10 minutes in length. Expect both six- and nine-handed tables in these tournaments, which will run four times a day at 1:30 p.m., 7:30 p.m., 8:30 p.m., and 10:30 p.m. ET with buy-ins of $5, $10, $15, and $50.
The biggest daily tournament of them all will take place at 7 p.m. ET each night, and that is the $100 Nightly Stars event we previously mentioned. This tournament will feature 12-minute levels, nine-handed tables, and a guaranteed prize pool of $10,000.
Change-Up tournaments will run three times per day, starting at 5:30 p.m. with a $5 pot-limit Omaha hi-low tournament. Then there will be a $20 pot-limit Omaha tournament at 7:30 p.m. and a $15 seven-card stud tournament at 9:30 p.m. All times are ET.
At 11 p.m. ET each night, players can participate in the $20 Moonlight Express. This event features a hyper-turbo structure, so it won't cut into too much of your slumber, with blind levels of just three minutes.
