A total of 2002 players took their shot at Event #34: $250 Mystery Bounty Main Event at the 888 XL Autumn Series. After two grueling days of play, the field has been narrowed down to just an eight-player final table. Those eight players will return today to battle it out for one of the remaining bounties and the first-place prize of $34,525.
The mystery bounty format kicked in on Day 2. Players who knocked out an opponent got a portion of the massive $500,000 guarantee in the form of a mystery envelope that opened immediately, revealing what could be a huge prize. Inflaatio pulled the $50,000 bounty early in Day 2 but there is still a $15,000 bounty in play. Players at the final table must consider pay jumps and bounties, creating an interesting dynamic.
The final table will be streamed on a one-hour delay starting today at 19:00 GMT. All the players that remain have locked up at least an eighth-place cash of $4,300 but they will obviously be vying for the first-place prize of $34,525.

This table has brought together a diverse group of players from different parts of the world who have shown impressive skills during Day 2. The current chip leader is "IOwnU888" (4,060,735). They were particularly active towards the end of the day and have already earned $3,363 in bounties. It is highly likely that they will utilize their chip stack to compete for the remaining five-figure bounty. The rest of the table still has plenty of chips to make some noise. It is still anyone's game.
