Jhana Hale was the short stack coming back from the break and as such was going to be getting his chips in soon. Well, soon has come, with Hale's elimination coming at the hands of Taewook Kwon.
Hale was under the gun when he shoved for 152,000. Kwon was directly on his left when he made the call. The rest of the table got out of the way and the two players turned their hands over.

The had good news and bad news for Hale. He was now up against a set, but he had diamond outs. The hit the turn and changed nothing. When the hit the felt on the river, it seemed like good news for a split second, but the paired board meant that Kwon had made a full house to send Hale's flush into the muck and Hale out the door in 10th place.
