End of Day 2
Play has now finished for the day and Michael Tureniec is chip leader with a stonking 640,000 after recovering from that earlier battle with PokerStars qualifier Michael Aron. Tureniec finished second at EPT London a few years ago and will be anxious to go one better this time.
In second place at the moment is the in-form Per Linde, the Swede was pipped to Live Player of the Year at the Nordic Poker Awards the other night but has finished today comfortably in second place with 514,600. Joel Nordqvist also is doing well with 419,000 and Team PokerStars Pro JP Kelly is also in the mix with 416,000.
76 players will return tomorrow as we play down to the final three tables but only 64 places are being paid.
Join us tomorrow from midday as we go on through the bubble and deep into the cash!
