Casey Kastle started the day second in chips with more than 200,000 but today has not been so kind to him.
His latest pot loss came in a battle of the blinds versus Artur Karamuca. The two had made it to the river of a 
board with 16,000 chips in the middle.
Karamuca bet a relatively small 6,800 and this seemed to confuse Kastle. After some head scratching he elected to fold.
