All it takes with the blinds at 100,000/200,000 is just over two called opening bets pre-flop to lose a million and that's exactly what's happened to Daniil Lukin.
The second he opened to 450,000 and Yury Masliankou called. The flop came 
and both players checked. Masliankou bet 600,000 on the 
turn and Lukin quickly folded.
