The turn came the 7? and Beresford led out for 1,500,000. Cappiello called. The river was the A?. Beresford announced his bet of three million. Cappiello went into the tank. "Do you bluff the ace?", he asked. But Beresford simply looked across the table, giving nothing away.
Several minutes passed before Cappiello threw his hand into the muck to fold.
"Show the bluff," said a neutral player.

"I can't show the bluff," said Beresford, "it was such a strong hand."
