Mateos Enters "Adrian Time"
Adrian Mateos has been raising and taking down most pots to the point that Mikalai Vaskaboinikau said the tournament had gone into "Adrian Time."
Vaskaboinikau then raised to 60,000 in early position and Mateos three-bet to 300,000. "Three-hundred," Vaskaboinikau said, shaking his fist at Mateos as he folded.
Mateos then raised to 120,000 in the small blind and Roman Hrabec called in the big blind.
Both players checked the Q?9?8? flop and Mateos won the pot with a bet of 180,000 on the A? turn.
Mateos raised again to 60,000 a few hands later, this time in the hijack, as Vaskaboinikau called in the small blind.
The J?10?6? flop was checked and the 9? fell on the turn. Mateos then bet 150,000 and Vaskaboinikau called.
The river was the J? and Mateos grabbed a tower of chips and was about to push it forward when Vaskaboinikau snap-folded his cards.
