Hansen Runs into Quads Early On

Level 11
: Blinds 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante

Gus Hansen made an unexpected return to the EPT and was in the mix early on.
Hansen, who was a Day 2 registrant, was involved in a hand against Andrea Zanzarzi.
There was around 20,000 in the pot on the A?K?Q?10?10? board. Hansen checked from the big blind and Zanzarzi bet 7,000.
The Great Dane wasn't thrilled about the bet but did make a fairly quick call.
Zanzarzi tabled 10?10? for quads tens, which left Hansen with around 10 big blinds.
