Ian Frazer Wins Heat #5 ($32,000)
Countless swings happened when Frazer, Schwartz and Giovanni Safina were thee handed. The short stacked doubled or tripled numerous times and many watching thought the tournament would never end. But after Schwartz finished off Safina in third place, Frazer finished him off in rather easy fashion.
Schwartz couldn't seem to get anything going during heads-up play and Frazer was on point. He seemed to just know when Schwartz didn't have it or when he did all match long, especially during heads-up play. After his kings held against Schwartz's , it was all said and done.
Here's how the standings look now.
1. Phil Laak – 48 points
2. David Benyamine - 35 points
3. Giovanni Safina - 29 points
4. Ian Frazer – 26 points
5. Luke Schwartz – 23 points
