Biggest Pot Of The Day So Far
We join the action on table 35, with Michael Abaev shoving for 2,400,000 into four players having taken a flop.
Harald Heigl made the call, committing just over a third of his stack to do so, with Wolfgang Reither calling next to act, committing a great deal more than a third of his stack. The fourth player in the pot didn't fold immadiately, but never looked like calling.
As the slapped the turn, Heigl instantly moved all-in, easily covering Reither's 875,000-chip stack. Reither gave it a great deal of thought, before surprising everyone and folding.
"Do you have a flush?" asked Abaev, as he tabled for bottom set. Heigl said nothing, and instead excitedly tabled for the turned nut flush. Abaev needed the river to pair, but couldn't find it as the hit the river, sending him to the rail to collect his additional 750 payout.
Meanwhile, Heigl took a picture of the whole situation on his phone, before jovially dragging in the pot as he began putting together his eight-figure stack.
