Diogo Borges was given a two-hand penalty for effectively acting out of turn during a key pot. A player at Borges' table was all-in and Borges was in the blinds, but instead of waiting for the action to reach him before folding, he simply walked away from the table and as a result had to sit out two hands as a punishment.
