Hoekendijk Quickly Busts
It was a short affair for Hoekendijk, whose tournament came to an end just fifteen minutes after he entered. Hoekendijk already parted with more than two-thirds of his stack before the hand and his remaining chips subsequently went in.
In his final hand, Hoekendijk had called a three-bet out of position and was left with crumbs, which went in on an flop.
"You probably have better," he said, and Tabak indeed did.

The turn brought the and Hoekendijk jumped up and called for a seven. The river was close but the wasn't what Hoekendijk needed and he went as quickly as he came.
"I had to wait for my money," Hoekendijk said, perhaps as an excuse for busting so fast. He went back to the finale table he busted from earlier to wait for his cash prize (3rd in the High Roller for 17,693) to be awarded.
"Why don't you play some roulette instead?" Kees van Brugge snidely remarked.
