Paul Newey Wins Preflop War

Level 8
: 600/1,200, 200 ante

After what seemed like an endless amount of small-ball, an interesting preflop battle ensued on the main table. The action started off innocently enough with Hans Olymp betting out for 3,300 from the cut-off. Paul Newey called before Franco Cantarella 3-bet to 8,700. Olymp called the three-bet, when out of no-where Paul Newey declared he was all-in for 75,500.
After a few minutes of deliberation, Cantarella folded, and Olymp seemed disgusted folding as well. Newey gave his opponents a chance to look at one of the cards, and he flipped over the from the choice Canaterella made.
