Hand #161: Livingston opened the button to 5,500,000 and Sammartino called from the big blind. On the

Hand #162: Hossein Ensan raised to 4,800,000 on the button and Livingston defended out of the big blind. The flop brought 
and the action went check, check. Livingston bet the 
turn for 5,50,000 and Ensan folded.
