Babakhanyan Forces Out Kyriakides

Level 4
: 300/600, 0 ante
Picking up the action on the flop with some 10,000 in the pot, Artem Babakhanyan checked out of the big blind and Miltiadis Kyriakides bet 5,000. Back on Babakhanyan, he check-raised to 17,000 and Kyriakides, who finished eighth in the $10,000 Pot-Limit Omaha 8-Handed Championship a few days ago, eventually let go.
Down to less than half the starting stack, Kyriakides has plenty of work ahead if he wishes to complete another deep run at the WSOP.
One table over, Eric Wasserson sat down with a fresh stack and the field has been bumped to 153 entries.
