Sanaia Talks Sileikis into a Jam
Mariusz Golinski opened to 55,000 from early position, and Alberti Sanaia called from the cutoff. Kazimieras Sileikis three-bet to 250,000 from the small blind, which folded out Golinksi.
"You want action?" asked Sanaia. Sileikis didn't give an answer but Sanaia called anyway.
Sileikis continued for 125,000 on the 10?4?3? flop, and after 30 seconds, Sanaia made it 425,000.
As Sileikis mulled over his options, Sanaia continued his speech play.
"You can only go all-in or fold," said Sanaia. "You cannot call."
Sileikies used two time banks, and each time his shot clock reset, Sanaia would say "time."
Sileikis, flustered, jammed for around 800,000 and was snapped off by the slightly bigger stack.
Kazimieras Sileikis: J?J?
Alberti Sanaia: 10?10?
Sanaia had flopped a set and was ahead. The 9? turn gave Sileikis a flush draw, but the 9? confirmed his exit instead.
"Sorry bro," apologised Sanaia as the pair shared a fist bump.
As the victor scooped in the pot, he was very thankful to the dealer.
