Welcome To Day 2ab of The $3,500 Wynn Millions Main Event
After three days of action packed poker in the $3,500 Wynn Millions Main Event here at the beautiful Wynn Las Vegas, Day 2ab has finally arrived. A total of 1,314 entries joined the field over the three starting flights to create a massive prize pool of $4,171,950 with the winner taking home $654,637 and the coveted Wynn trophy.
Day 2ab will see 207 hopefuls coming back today at noon to battle it out on the blue felt and the remaining 156 who bagged in Day 1c will return on Wednesday March 7. Michael Dyer comes into today will the only stack over 500,000 and will look to put his chip lead to work in hopes of a deep run.
Dyer, who has close to $5 Million in earnings according to The Hendon Mob is no stranger to these fields and will have his eyes set on the top prize to add to his already impressive poker resume.
Many notables found a bag on Day 1a and b and some include high stacks regulars Alex Foxen (127,000), Chance Kornuth (175,000) and Andrew Lichtenberger (77,500). As well as 2021 Wynn Millions Main Event Champion Andrew Moreno (267,000) and popular poker YouTuber Ethan "Rampage" Yau (75,000).
The cards go in the air at noon local time with the blinds resuming at Level 11 with 1,500/2,500 and a 2,500 big blind ante. Levels have increased to 90-minutes in length with a 15-minute break at the end of each level and a 60-minute dinner break after four levels of play. There will be five levels played today and those who find a bag will advance to Day 3 on March 8th.
