WSOP Circuit Grand Victoria Festival Kicks Off on April 3

The Grand Victoria Casino in Illinois will be hosting the World Series of Poker Circuit from April 3 to April 14.
The massive riverboat casino is moored on the bank of the Fox River in Elgin just outside Chicago. The casino will host 18 WSOPC ring events as well as daily side events and satellites.
The WSOP Circuit Grand Victoria schedule has $2,010,000 in guarantees across the 18 ring events. Every event has a guarantee, with the guarantees ranging in size from $25,000 for the smaller events up to $750,000 for the Main Event.

The flagship event aboard this paddle steamer is the massive $1,700 buy-in Main Event with its $750,000 guarantee.
With the exception of the Main Event, the schedule is mostly geared toward low-stakes players. As a result, the highlights will be the $400 Senior event, the $400 Ladies event, the $600 Mini Main, and the $400 Monster Stack.
For non-holdem players the only options are the $600 Pot Limit Omaha and $400 Big O events. Though additional variety is provided by double stacks, turbos, and short-handed events.
The Defending Champion

The Grand Victoria last hosted the WSOPC in November of last year.
At that festival, Jeremy Lenz won the Main Event the day after his birthday. He was playing Day 2 of the Main Event as he turned 39 and collecting a post-birthday gift of $194,977 the next day.
With 757 entries, the total prize pool was $1,146,855. Lenz beat Cero Zuccarello heads up to win the event.
The pair outlasted a final table that included Roland Israelashvili who came third for $66,514, earning one of his record-setting 515 combined WSOP and WSOPC cashes.
Zuccarello won $120,506 for second place.

What's Next for the WSOPC?

There is a neat half-dozen festivals left in the current season of the WSOPC. One of these series is already playing out — the WSOP Circuit Horseshoe Las Vegas started on March 20 and will continue until March 31.
After the WSOP Circuit Grand Victoria kicks off, the next festival will be at the Horseshoe Tunica. The WSOP Circuit Horseshoe Tunica has a start date of April 17 and will be followed by an event at Harrah's Cherokee in North Carolina on May 1.
The season is then rounded out with the WSOP Circuit Commerce in California and the WSOP Circuit Caesars Southern Indiana.
After that, there will be a short break before action resumes on the 2025/2026 circuit.
